What began as a return home during the pandemic has become a mission to merge ancestral practices with modern trials—guided by his mother’s deep agricultural knowledge and the scientific insight of collaborators from the University of Valle.
This Natural Red Bourbon captures that harmony of heritage and innovation. Ripe cherries are dried in their full fruit, allowing sugars to concentrate and highlight the variety’s signature sweetness. The cup is lush and layered—tropical fruit and red berry notes balanced by caramel and sugarcane depth. Each harvest reflects Luis’s pursuit of progress through respect for the past, expressing both the precision of process and the heart of a family devoted to coffee for generations.
