Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all coffee sales are final. If there is an error with your order or your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at hello@goldchildcoffee.com so we can make it right.
For merchandise, apparel, or gear, we accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
