Originally bound for a career in finance, Luis found himself drawn back to the farm during the pandemic—reconnecting with the traditions his mother and grandfather had passed down, and discovering new ways to showcase them.His Natural F6 “Plum Craze” lot is a striking example of that vision. Ripe cherries are sun-dried in whole fruit, carefully monitored to amplify sweetness and texture. The result is a bold, fruit-forward cup bursting with intense plum, dark chocolate, and the tangy sweetness of green apple Jolly Ranchers. It’s both nostalgic and new—an expression of heritage reimagined through innovation, and a reflection of Luis’s belief that the future of Colombian coffee lies in honoring its past.
