On the lush outer ridges of the Ngorongoro Caldera, siblings Neel and Kavita Vohora steward Finagro Estate—a family-run operation that has evolved over decades into one of Tanzania’s most respected farms. Their fermented and washed Gesha embodies the estate’s balance of precision and patience: cherries are pre-fermented, depulped, and washed in fresh spring water before slow drying under the equatorial sun. The result is an elegant, radiant cup—ripe peach and bright orange lifted by jasmine, apricot jam, and pistachio ice cream.
