Why We Exist
Goldchild was born from resilience, design, and obsession. Jeff built his craft to create a bar where competition-caliber coffee and genuine hospitality finally share the same space. Ela—born in Ecuador, raised in Sweden—brings the spirit of fika to our bakery and the eye of a designer to the room: bold, soulful, elevated. We roast in-house to spotlight origin and process, teach because knowledge tastes better, and design an experience that feels as considered as the coffee itself.
What We Roast
We specialize in single-origin coffees with profiles that highlight terroir and processing nuance. Expect clarity, layered aromatics, and clean finishes across filter and espresso. Each release is labeled by our Coffee Levels—Everyday, Elevated, Experimental, Exceptional, Extraordinary, and Exceedingly Rare—so you know exactly what kind of experience you’re stepping into.
