What you’ll learn

There is no fixed curriculum for this session. The time is shaped around your questions and objectives, with a focus on roasting decisions, problem-solving, and applied thinking. Topics may include roast development, consistency, green buying considerations, or business context depending on your needs.

Who you’ll learn from

You’ll work directly with Jeff Rambo, whose roasting approach has been developed since 2012 through years of hands-on experience and mentorship at the highest levels of specialty coffee. This session prioritizes clarity, calibration, and real-world decision-making.

What you’ll take home

You’ll roast coffee during the session and leave with a bag of coffee you helped create together, roasted that day at Goldchild — paired with clear insight into your next steps based on your individual goals.
