This washed SL14 & SL28 from Uganda’s Rwenzori Mountains delivers a refined, tea-like cup with a silky mouthfeel and clean, structured finish. Notes of stone fruit, clove, and black tea unfold with quiet elegance, offering clarity, balance, and depth in every sip.

Grown between 1,500–2,000 MASL, these coffees thrive in Uganda’s bountiful, fertile soils and ideal equatorial climate. Organically farmed by a network of smallholder partners, the coffee is selectively harvested, with only ripe red cherries accepted before being fully washed, carefully dried, and prepared for export.

SL14 and SL28 varietals are processed at the Kajole and Kithoma washing stations under strict quality standards. Nearly two-thirds of our farming partners are women, whose leadership and stewardship are central to the quality, sustainability, and future of coffee in the region.
